It was interesting to see how life was, not only as an FLDS member, but being part of Warren Jeffs’ family. A shocking and mesmerizing story of faith, abuse, courage, and freedom.The writing is lively and full of engaging dialogue. Isaac’s life is nothing short of astonishing!
I am impressed by this account. It is well written and there is a blend of honesty, acceptance of the reality, genuine emotions, and insight. Charlene Paul writes about the struggles in the FLDS without embellishment or sensationalizing the story. I loved this book!
